Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These are the rules for using SuperCharting. They are written in plain English on purpose. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, so please read them.

1. Who we are

SuperCharting (the "service", "we", "us") is run by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], based in India.

[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]
[POSTAL ADDRESS]
E-mail: [SUPPORT EMAIL]

"You" means the person who created the account. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Risk Disclosure together form the agreement between you and us.

2. What the service is

SuperCharting is a charting workstation that runs in your browser: live and historical charts, drawing tools, built-in and user-written script indicators and strategies, a strategy tester and optimiser, a screener, bar replay, server-side alerts with webhooks and Telegram delivery, and optional connections to your own broker account.

It is a set of tools for your own analysis. We are not a broker, an exchange, a fund manager or an investment adviser, and nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Please read the Risk Disclosure; it is part of these terms.

3. Your account

4. Plans and payment

Some features need an active paid plan; what is included is shown on the pricing section and the billing page. The plans are:

PlanPriceWhat you get
1 monthUS$3030 days of the full workstation
6 monthsUS$1506 months (183 days) of the full workstation
1 yearUS$23012 months (365 days) of the full workstation

5. Acceptable use

Use the service for your own lawful trading and investment research. You agree not to:

Fair use of shared computing

Backtests, optimisations, screener scans, alerts and published scripts all run on servers that every user shares. Please do not run workloads built to monopolise them: for example deliberately endless loops, enormous parameter sweeps launched in parallel, thousands of alerts on symbols you do not follow, or scripts that exist only to burn CPU or memory. We may limit, slow down, pause or remove a workload that is hurting the service for other people, and we will tell you when we do. Accounts that keep doing it after a warning can be suspended or closed.

6. Your scripts, layouts and other content

You keep what you make. Scripts, strategies, chart layouts, drawings, watchlists and alert settings you create are yours. They are private by default: only you and, when needed for support, security or legal reasons, we can see them.

Publishing a script. If you publish a script to the community library, you still own it, and you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store it, show it (its name, description, screenshot, author name and, for open-source scripts, its source code) to other users, let other users add it to their charts, and use it in listings and previews of the library. This licence is what lets the library work; it is not a transfer of ownership and we will not sell your script.

You can unpublish a script at any time, and we then stop showing it in the library. By publishing you confirm that you wrote the script or have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Removal. We may remove or hide a published script that breaks these terms or the house rules, or when we receive a credible claim that it infringes someone's rights. Repeat offenders lose the ability to publish.

Our content. The software, the built-in indicators and strategies, the design, the documentation and the SuperCharting name are ours or licensed to us (open-source components keep their own licences). You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them through the service while you have an account, and nothing more.

7. Broker connections, alerts and webhooks

8. Market data

Prices, quotes and other market data come from third-party feeds. They may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted later or simply wrong, and they may differ from what your broker or an exchange shows. The data is for your personal use inside the service only and may not be redistributed. We can change or drop a data source at any time.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work hard to keep SuperCharting up, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", with no promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change or withdraw features, do maintenance, or change these terms. If a change to the terms is important we will tell you by e-mail or in the app before it takes effect; using the service after that date means you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using the service and ask us to close your account.

10. Ending the agreement

By you. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by e-mailing [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the account's address (see the Privacy Policy for what happens then).

By us. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, abuse the service or other users, open a payment dispute on a payment that is not refundable under the Refund Policy, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right. Serious abuse (attacks on the service, fraud, illegal use) can lead to immediate closure.

If we shut the service down. Should we ever close SuperCharting for good, we will try to give at least 30 days' notice and will refund the unused part of any paid period.

When an account is closed, access ends, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy, and no refund is due except as set out in the Refund Policy or the paragraph above.

11. No warranty and no financial advice

Charts, indicators, scripts, backtests, optimiser results, screener output, alerts, published community scripts and anything produced by an automated assistant connected to the service are tools and information, not advice. We do not promise that any of them are accurate, complete or profitable. See the Risk Disclosure. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

You agree to compensate us for any loss, claim or cost (including reasonable legal fees) that we suffer because you broke these terms, broke the law, or infringed someone's rights through your use of the service.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of the place in India where we are located (our address is in section 1), and you agree to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country, and nothing in these terms takes those away.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given it up.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms: [SUPPORT EMAIL], or by post to the address in section 1.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This policy says what we store about you, why, who else sees it, how long we keep it and how you can get it deleted. The short version: we keep what the product needs to work and nothing more, we do not run ad trackers, and we never sell your data.

1. Who is responsible

[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]
[POSTAL ADDRESS]
E-mail: [SUPPORT EMAIL]

2. What we store, and why

DataWhy we have itKept for
E-mail address and user nameTo create and verify the account, sign you in, reset your password, send receipts and important notices about your accountWhile the account exists
Password hashTo check your password when you sign in. We store only a salted hash, never the password itself; we cannot read it backWhile the account exists
Sign-in sessionsA session cookie keeps you signed in on each browser you use; the server keeps a hash of it with an expiry dateUntil it expires or you sign out
Your work: scripts, chart layouts, drawings, watchlists, alerts, screener filters, settings, saved backtests, published scriptsSo the workstation is the same every time you open it, on every device, and so your alerts keep running when the tab is closedWhile the account exists
Broker credentials (API keys, secrets, client IDs you enter on the Brokers page)To connect to your broker when you ask us to. They are encrypted at rest on our server; the page shows only the last characters as a hint. Used for nothing elseUntil you remove the connection or the account is deleted
Telegram bot token and chat IDOnly if you set up Telegram alerts: to send your alert messages through your own botUntil you remove it or the account is deleted
Plan and payment recordsWhich plan you bought, when, for how much, and the PayPal order and transaction IDs, so we can give you what you paid for, answer refund requests and keep accounts. We never receive your card numberWhile the account exists, and afterwards as long as tax and accounting law requires
Server logs: IP address, date and time, request path, browser type, errorsSecurity, abuse and rate limiting, and finding faults30 days, then deleted
Support e-mails you send usTo answer youUp to 2 years

We do not collect anything from your device beyond what a browser normally sends, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers. The only cookies the site itself sets are the sign-in session cookie and a short-lived cookie used during sign-up. Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site, may set its own security cookies.

3. Who else sees your data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, who process it only to do their job for us, and the authorities when the law requires it.

ProviderWhat it doesWhat it sees
CloudflareCarries all traffic to and from the site: DNS, HTTPS, caching, protection against attacksYour IP address and the requests you make, like any network carrier
PayPalTakes paymentsWhatever you give PayPal at checkout. PayPal passes us your name, e-mail, payer ID, the amount and the transaction ID. PayPal's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself
ResendSends our e-mails (verification codes, password resets, receipts and notices)Your e-mail address and the content of those messages
Market data feedsSupply quotes and historical barsThe symbols and timeframes our server requests. Our server makes these requests, so the feeds do not learn who you are
Your brokerOnly if you connect one: data and, if enabled, ordersThe requests we make on your behalf, signed with the credentials you gave us
TelegramOnly if you set it up: delivers your alert messagesThe alert text, sent through your own bot

4. Where your data lives

Your account data is stored on our server in India. Cloudflare's network, which handles the connection, has points of presence around the world, and PayPal and Resend operate from the United States and elsewhere. If you live outside India, your data is therefore processed outside your country; we only use providers that commit to appropriate safeguards for it.

5. Security

Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Broker credentials are encrypted at rest with a key that is kept separate from the data. Sign-in attempts, code requests and API calls are rate-limited. Only the operator has access to the server. No system is perfectly secure, though: if you believe your account or data has been compromised, write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] straight away. If a breach affects your personal data we will tell you, and the authorities, as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the e-mail address on your account so we know it is you. We answer within 30 days. These rights come from India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; if you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another place with its own data-protection law, you have the equivalent rights under that law, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. How to delete your account

Send an e-mail to [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address registered on the account, with the subject "Delete my account" and your user name. We will confirm by reply and delete the account within 30 days.

Deleting removes your e-mail, password hash, sessions, scripts, layouts, drawings, alerts, broker credentials, Telegram token and any published scripts. Payment records are kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires, and log lines that mention your IP address expire on their own within 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone, and any unused paid time is lost unless the Refund Policy says otherwise.

Before you delete the whole account you can also remove individual things yourself: broker connections on the Brokers page, the Telegram token in alert settings, and published scripts from the library.

8. Children

SuperCharting is not for people under 18. We do not knowingly keep data about anyone under 18; if you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when something changes, and change the date at the top. If a change matters to you (for example a new category of data or a new provider that sees it) we will also tell you by e-mail or in the app.

Refund Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Try the full workstation on your first paid period; if it is not for you, ask within 7 days and you get your money back. Later payments are final.

1. Your first payment: 7 days, no questions asked

If this is the first payment you have ever made to SuperCharting, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the payment, for any plan (1 month, 6 months or 1 year). You do not have to give a reason. Once we refund you, the paid time is removed from the account; the account itself stays open and you can buy a plan again later.

2. Later payments are not refundable

The 7-day window applies to your first payment only. Any later payment, whether you buy the same plan again, extend early, or move to a longer plan, is final and is not refunded, in whole or in part. Unused time on a plan is not refunded if you stop using the service, if you delete your account, or if your account is closed for breaking the Terms of Service. Plans never renew automatically, so there is no charge you did not choose to make.

There are three exceptions, where we refund regardless of the 7-day window:

3. How to ask

E-mail [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the e-mail address on your account, with the subject "Refund request", your user name and the PayPal transaction ID (it is in the receipt PayPal sent you). We reply within 3 working days.

Refunds go back to the PayPal account, or the card, you paid with; we cannot send them anywhere else. PayPal usually shows the money within a few days, a card refund can take 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. The refund is the full amount in US dollars; if your bank or PayPal converted currency, the amount you get back may differ slightly because of exchange-rate movement, which we cannot control.

4. Payment disputes

Please write to us before opening a dispute or chargeback with PayPal or your bank; a refund request that qualifies under this policy is granted, and we can sort out mistakes faster than a dispute can. Disputes opened on payments that are not refundable under this policy are contested, and the account may be closed.

5. Fair use

The 7-day refund is for trying the service. Creating new accounts to get further refunded periods, or asking for a refund after heavy use that is clearly not a trial (for example after exporting data or publishing scripts for the whole week), may be refused.

Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Trading and investing can lose you money, sometimes all of it. SuperCharting gives you tools to look at markets; it does not tell you what to do with your money. Please read this before you rely on anything you see here.

1. Nothing here is financial advice

The charts, indicators, built-in and user-written scripts, strategy tester and optimiser results, screener output, alerts, community-published scripts, documentation, examples and anything produced by an automated assistant connected to the service are information and tools for your own analysis. None of it is a recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative, currency, commodity or crypto-asset, and none of it takes your personal situation, goals or risk tolerance into account.

The person who runs SuperCharting is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser or research analyst, and is not registered with, licensed by or regulated by any other financial regulator anywhere. We do not give personalised investment advice, and nothing on the service should be read as such. If you need advice, speak to a licensed adviser in your country.

2. Past results do not predict future results

A backtest shows how a set of rules would have behaved on historical data under the assumptions it was given. Those results are hypothetical. They are usually better than what the same rules will do in live trading, because:

Treat an equity curve as a description of the past, not a forecast. The same goes for indicators, signals and patterns: the fact that something happened after a signal before does not mean it will happen again.

3. Market data can be wrong

Quotes and historical bars come from third-party feeds and can be delayed, missing, duplicated, revised later or simply wrong. A chart here can differ from your broker's or the exchange's. Always check the price at your broker before you act.

4. Alerts and automation

Alerts, webhooks, Telegram messages and broker connections are delivered on a best-effort basis. They can be late, missed or sent twice because of feed gaps, network trouble, our own faults or the service that receives them. A script or an alert that places orders at your broker can place the wrong order, or place it at the wrong time, if its logic, the data or the connection is faulty. Never leave an open position protected only by an alert; keep your own stop-loss and limits at the broker, and watch any automation you switch on.

5. Scripts written by other users

Scripts in the community library are written by other users. We do not check that they do what their description says, that they are free of errors or that they are profitable. Read the source code where it is open, test on history and with small size before you trust a script with real money, and remember that the description is the author's opinion.

6. Some instruments are especially risky

Futures, options, leveraged forex and CFDs, and crypto-assets move fast and, with leverage, can lose you more than you deposited. Options can expire worthless. Crypto-assets are volatile and in many places unregulated. Small-cap and illiquid stocks can be impossible to exit at the price on the chart. Only trade products you understand.

7. Your responsibility
