Terms and Conditions
These are the rules for using SuperCharting. They are written in plain English on purpose. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, so please read them.
1. Who we are
SuperCharting (the "service", "we", "us") is run by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], based in India.
[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]Office No. 307, 3rd Floor, Gudiapokhari, Pipili, Odisha 752104, India
Phone: +91 77352 68199 (call or WhatsApp)
E-mail: [SUPPORT EMAIL]
GSTIN: [GSTIN, if registered]
"You" means the person who created the account. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Shipping and Delivery Policy and the Disclaimer together form the agreement between you and us.
2. What the service is
SuperCharting is AI-enabled charting and coding software that runs in your web browser, sold as a subscription. It includes live and historical charts, drawing tools, a script editor with AI help to write and fix scripts, a connection for your own AI assistant, a strategy tester that studies rules on past data, a screener, bar replay, alerts and optional connections to your own broker account.
It is software for your own analysis, and you make your own decisions. We are not a broker, an exchange, a fund manager, an investment adviser or a research analyst. We do not give tips, calls or recommendations, we do not manage money and we do not take deposits. Please read the Disclaimer; it is part of these terms.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract where you live.
- One account per person. Give a real e-mail address that you control; we use it to verify the account, reset your password and send receipts and important notices.
- Keep your password to yourself. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us at once at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you think someone else has got in.
- Do not share, sell or lend your account. Each paid plan is for one person on their own devices.
4. Plans and payment
Some features need an active subscription; what each plan includes is shown on the Pricing page. The plans are:
| Plan | Price | Billing period | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | Free | No charge | A free account with charts, the script editor and alerts |
| Ultimate monthly | ₹1,500 (US$15 outside India) | 1 month (30 days) | Full access to the software for 30 days |
| Ultimate yearly | ₹10,000 (US$100 outside India) | 1 year (365 days) | Full access to the software for 12 months |
- Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) for customers in India, with GST added where it applies and shown at checkout and on your invoice, and in US dollars (USD) for customers outside India. The Pricing page may show these prices as a discount from a list price.
- Payments are processed by our payment partners (Razorpay for UPI, cards, net banking and wallets; PayPal for payments from outside India). We never see or store your card number or UPI PIN.
- Each payment buys one fixed period. Plans do not renew automatically. When a period ends, you can buy another one; paying before the end simply adds the new period onto the old one, so you lose nothing.
- Any currency-conversion or bank fees charged to you by your own bank or card issuer are yours to bear.
- We may change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for; it applies to purchases made after the change.
- Refunds and cancellation are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Access is delivered as described in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service for your own lawful chart study and research. You agree not to:
- break any law, or use the service to manipulate a market or to deceive anyone;
- copy, scrape, record or bulk-download market data, built-in scripts or any other part of the service, or redistribute, resell or share them with people who are not signed in to their own account;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or copy the software, or build a competing product from it;
- probe, scan or test our security, try to get into another user's account or data, or run anything that interferes with the service;
- upload or publish scripts that contain malware, that hide what they really do, or that you do not have the right to share;
- publish scripts, names or descriptions that are spam, misleading, abusive, that promise results or that advertise paid services (see the house rules for published scripts);
- use automated clients, bots or scripts against the service or its API beyond what the product itself is designed for (your own alerts, webhooks and the assistant connection are fine; hammering the endpoints is not).
Fair use of shared computing
Backtests, optimisations, screener scans, alerts and published scripts all run on servers that every user shares. Please do not run workloads built to monopolise them: for example deliberately endless loops, enormous parameter sweeps launched in parallel, thousands of alerts on symbols you do not follow, or scripts that exist only to burn CPU or memory. We may limit, slow down, pause or remove a workload that is hurting the service for other people, and we will tell you when we do. Accounts that keep doing it after a warning can be suspended or closed.
6. Your scripts, layouts and other content
You keep what you make. Scripts, strategies, chart layouts, drawings, watchlists and alert settings you create are yours. They are private by default: only you and, when needed for support, security or legal reasons, we can see them.
Publishing a script. If you publish a script to the community library, you still own it, and you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store it, show it (its name, description, screenshot, author name and, for open-source scripts, its source code) to other users, let other users add it to their charts, and use it in listings and previews of the library. This licence is what lets the library work; it is not a transfer of ownership and we will not sell your script.
You can unpublish a script at any time, and we then stop showing it in the library. By publishing you confirm that you wrote the script or have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Removal. We may remove or hide a published script that breaks these terms or the house rules, or when we receive a credible claim that it infringes someone's rights. Repeat offenders lose the ability to publish.
Our content. The software, the built-in indicators and strategies, the design, the documentation and the SuperCharting name are ours or licensed to us (open-source components keep their own licences). You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them through the service while you have an account, and nothing more.
7. Broker connections, alerts and webhooks
- Connecting your own broker account is optional. The credentials you enter are stored encrypted and used only to do what you ask: fetch data and, if you switch order sending on for that connection, send the orders that you, your scripts or your alerts instruct. We never hold your money or securities. You can remove a connection at any time.
- You are responsible for every order sent through a connection you made and every automation you set up, including orders placed by a script or an alert while you are away. Set your own limits and stops at the broker.
- Alerts, webhooks and Telegram messages are delivered on a best-effort basis. They can be late, missed or sent twice because of data-feed gaps, network problems, our own faults or the receiving service. Never rely on an alert alone to protect an open position.
- We are not responsible for your broker: its outages, rejected or partly filled orders, slippage, fees or the way it interprets an order.
8. Market data
Prices, quotes and other market data come from third-party feeds. They may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted later or simply wrong, and they may differ from what your broker or an exchange shows. The data is for your personal use inside the service only and may not be redistributed. We can change or drop a data source at any time.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We work hard to keep SuperCharting up, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", with no promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change or withdraw features, do maintenance, or change these terms. If a change to the terms is important we will tell you by e-mail or in the app before it takes effect; using the service after that date means you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using the service and ask us to close your account.
10. Ending the agreement
By you. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by e-mailing [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the account's address (see the Privacy Policy for what happens then).
By us. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, abuse the service or other users, open a payment dispute on a payment that is not refundable under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right. Serious abuse (attacks on the service, fraud, illegal use) can lead to immediate closure.
If we shut the service down. Should we ever close SuperCharting for good, we will try to give at least 30 days' notice and will refund the unused part of any paid period.
When an account is closed, access ends, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy, and no refund is due except as set out in the Refund Policy or the paragraph above.
11. No warranty and no investment advice
Charts, indicators, scripts, backtests, optimiser results, screener output, alerts, published community scripts and anything produced by an automated assistant connected to the service are tools and information, not advice. We do not promise that any of them are accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose. See the Disclaimer. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any loss arising from your own decisions, loss of business income, loss of data, loss of business or any indirect or consequential loss, however it arises, even if we were told it was possible.
- Our total liability to you for everything arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or ₹1,500 if you paid nothing.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to compensate us for any loss, claim or cost (including reasonable legal fees) that we suffer because you broke these terms, broke the law, or infringed someone's rights through your use of the service.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of the place in India where we are located (our address is in section 1), and you agree to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country, and nothing in these terms takes those away.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given it up.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms: [SUPPORT EMAIL], phone +91 77352 68199 (call or WhatsApp), or by post to the address in section 1. All our details are on the Contact Us page.

Privacy Policy
This policy says what we store about you, why, who else sees it, how long we keep it and how you can get it deleted. The short version: we keep what the product needs to work and nothing more, we do not run ad trackers, and we never sell your data.
1. Who is responsible
[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]Office No. 307, 3rd Floor, Gudiapokhari, Pipili, Odisha 752104, India
Phone: +91 77352 68199 (call or WhatsApp)
E-mail: [SUPPORT EMAIL]
2. What we store, and why
| Data | Why we have it | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| E-mail address and user name | To create and verify the account, sign you in, reset your password, send receipts and important notices about your account | While the account exists |
| Password hash | To check your password when you sign in. We store only a salted hash, never the password itself; we cannot read it back | While the account exists |
| Sign-in sessions | A session cookie keeps you signed in on each browser you use; the server keeps a hash of it with an expiry date | Until it expires or you sign out |
| Your work: scripts, chart layouts, drawings, watchlists, alerts, screener filters, settings, saved backtests, published scripts | So the workstation is the same every time you open it, on every device, and so your alerts keep running when the tab is closed | While the account exists |
| Broker credentials (API keys, secrets, client IDs you enter on the Brokers page) | To connect to your broker when you ask us to. They are encrypted at rest on our server; the page shows only the last characters as a hint. Used for nothing else | Until you remove the connection or the account is deleted |
| Telegram bot token and chat ID | Only if you set up Telegram alerts: to send your alert messages through your own bot | Until you remove it or the account is deleted |
| Plan and payment records | Which plan you bought, when, for how much, and the payment partner's order and transaction IDs, so we can give you what you paid for, answer refund requests and keep accounts. We never receive your card number | While the account exists, and afterwards as long as tax and accounting law requires |
| Server logs: IP address, date and time, request path, browser type, errors | Security, abuse and rate limiting, and finding faults | 30 days, then deleted |
| Support e-mails you send us | To answer you | Up to 2 years |
We do not collect anything from your device beyond what a browser normally sends, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers. The only cookies the site itself sets are the sign-in session cookie and a short-lived cookie used during sign-up. Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site, may set its own security cookies.
3. Who else sees your data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, who process it only to do their job for us, and the authorities when the law requires it.
| Provider | What it does | What it sees |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Carries all traffic to and from the site: DNS, HTTPS, caching, protection against attacks | Your IP address and the requests you make, like any network carrier |
| Razorpay and PayPal | Take payments | Whatever you give them at checkout. They pass us your name, e-mail, phone where given, the amount, the payment status and the transaction ID. Their own privacy policies apply to the payment itself; we never receive your card number or UPI PIN |
| Resend | Sends our e-mails (verification codes, password resets, receipts and notices) | Your e-mail address and the content of those messages |
| Market data feeds | Supply quotes and historical bars | The symbols and timeframes our server requests. Our server makes these requests, so the feeds do not learn who you are |
| Your broker | Only if you connect one: data and, if enabled, orders | The requests we make on your behalf, signed with the credentials you gave us |
| Telegram | Only if you set it up: delivers your alert messages | The alert text, sent through your own bot |
4. Where your data lives
Your account data is stored on our server in India. Cloudflare's network, which handles the connection, has points of presence around the world, Razorpay processes payments in India, and PayPal and Resend operate from the United States and elsewhere. If you live outside India, your data is therefore processed outside your country; we only use providers that commit to appropriate safeguards for it.
5. Security
Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Broker credentials are encrypted at rest with a key that is kept separate from the data. Sign-in attempts, code requests and API calls are rate-limited. Only the operator has access to the server. No system is perfectly secure, though: if you believe your account or data has been compromised, write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] straight away. If a breach affects your personal data we will tell you, and the authorities, as the law requires.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it (you can change your password yourself on the Account page);
- get a copy of your scripts and layouts in a usable form;
- delete your account and data (see the next section);
- object to or restrict a particular use of your data.
Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the e-mail address on your account so we know it is you. We answer within 30 days. These rights come from India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; if you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another place with its own data-protection law, you have the equivalent rights under that law, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
7. How to delete your account
Send an e-mail to [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address registered on the account, with the subject "Delete my account" and your user name. We will confirm by reply and delete the account within 30 days.
Deleting removes your e-mail, password hash, sessions, scripts, layouts, drawings, alerts, broker credentials, Telegram token and any published scripts. Payment records are kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires, and log lines that mention your IP address expire on their own within 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone, and any unused paid time is lost unless the Refund and Cancellation Policy says otherwise.
Before you delete the whole account you can also remove individual things yourself: broker connections on the Brokers page, the Telegram token in alert settings, and published scripts from the library.
8. Children
SuperCharting is not for people under 18. We do not knowingly keep data about anyone under 18; if you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when something changes, and change the date at the top. If a change matters to you (for example a new category of data or a new provider that sees it) we will also tell you by e-mail or in the app.
10. Contact
Privacy questions and grievances: [SUPPORT EMAIL], phone +91 77352 68199 (call or WhatsApp), or by post to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], Office No. 307, 3rd Floor, Gudiapokhari, Pipili, Odisha 752104, India.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
SuperCharting is software sold as a subscription. Try it on your first paid period; if it is not for you, ask within 14 days and you get your money back, no questions asked. You can cancel at any time.
1. Your first payment: full refund within 14 days, no questions asked
If this is the first payment you have ever made to SuperCharting, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment, for the Ultimate plan, monthly or yearly. You do not have to give a reason. Once we refund you, the paid access is removed from the account; the account itself stays open on the free Basic plan.
2. Cancellation
- Plans are paid for one fixed period at a time and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges: if you do not buy another period, nothing more is charged.
- You can stop using the service, or ask us to close your account, at any time by writing to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a future plan is offered with automatic renewal, you will be able to switch renewal off at any time before the next charge, and the switch will take effect from the next billing date.
3. Later payments
The 14-day window applies to your first payment only. A later payment, whether you buy the same plan again, extend early or move to a longer plan, is not refunded in whole or in part, and unused time is not refunded if you stop using the service or if your account is closed for breaking the Terms and Conditions. We refund regardless of the 14-day window when:
- you were charged twice for the same period by mistake (we refund the duplicate);
- you paid but access was not given to your account and we could not fix it within 3 working days;
- we close the service permanently (we refund the unused part of your paid period);
- the law gives you a refund right that cannot be waived.
4. How to ask for a refund
E-mail [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the e-mail address on your account, with the subject "Refund request", your user name and the payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 3 working days.
An approved refund is sent back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet or PayPal) within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
5. Payment disputes
Please write to us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank; a refund request that qualifies under this policy is granted, and we can sort out mistakes faster than a dispute can.

Disclaimer
SuperCharting is AI-enabled charting and coding software. It gives you tools to draw charts, write scripts and study past data. It does not tell you what to buy or sell, and every decision you make is your own.
Not SEBI registered. No investment advice. SuperCharting and the people who run it are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser or a research analyst, and are not registered with or regulated by any other financial regulator. We do not give investment advice, research reports, tips, calls or recommendations to buy, sell or hold any security or other product, and nothing on this website or in the software should be read as such. If you need advice, speak to a SEBI-registered investment adviser.
1. What the software is
Charts, indicators, scripts you or others write, strategy tester and optimiser results, screener output, alerts, community scripts, chart ideas, guides, examples and anything produced by an AI assistant connected to the service are information and software features for your own analysis. They do not take your personal situation or goals into account.
2. Past data is only past data
A backtest shows how a set of rules would have behaved on historical data under the assumptions it was given. The results are hypothetical: costs, fills and data quality are simplified, settings found by an optimiser are fitted to the past, and markets change. A backtest or an indicator reading is a description of the past, not a prediction, and nothing on the site promises any result.
3. Market data can be wrong
Quotes and historical bars come from third-party feeds and can be delayed, missing, revised later or wrong. A chart here can differ from what your broker or the exchange shows. Always check the price at your broker before you act.
4. Alerts and broker connections
Alerts, webhooks, Telegram messages and connections to your own broker account work on a best-effort basis and can be late, missed or sent twice. If you choose to let a script or an alert send orders to your broker, you set it up and you are responsible for it. SuperCharting never holds your money or securities.
5. Scripts written by other users
Scripts in the community library are written by other users. We do not check that they work as described or that they suit any purpose; the description is the author's own view.
6. Your responsibility
Markets carry a risk of loss. Do your own research and make your own decisions. SuperCharting and the people who run it are not liable for the outcome of your decisions, as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
